License

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of a software and associated documentation files (the "Software"). Without a license, the software runs in a restricted mode, allowing only unlicensed provider features listed in the provider's documentation.

The license covers a single organization or person for which it is issued. It is subscription-based and allows providers to upgrade to a new version released during the active subscription period. The upgrade will include bug fixes or product improvements. Licensed provider allows access for unlimited users. Users can use the provider within multiple servers and for different environments (LIVE, TEST, DEVELOPMENT etc.) in the organization for which the license is issued. Users must renew subscriptions annually. If the subscription expires, the provider will allow using only unlicensed version features.

The license can be issued for "Company name", "Personal name", or "Registered DNS name" (In cases where you don't want to display your identity with the MFA provider when publishing service(s) publicly). When buying SecureMFA RDS OTP Provider (MFA-RDS-OTP), a license is issued under your "AnchorDomain". For WEB-API Providers, the license is issued against the "Identity provider's TennantID", which enables OIDC authentication and authorization service for Web App Service.

Licences are granted to a legal entity and cannot be bought or sold separately by that legal entity. Therefore, a new licence is required if the licensee wishes to move their licence to a different company. Users will need a new license if they use the MFA provider under a new license registration name.
